The Biogon T* 2.8/21 ZM offers quite the package! With its superior wide-open performance and compact dimensions, I consider it a useful and valued optic that encapsulates the finest attributes of rangefinder photography.
With its extreme resolving power even when shot wide open, virtually no distortion, excellent control of flare and ghosting, and superb contrast rendition across the entire frame, this lens captures the appeal of Carl Zeiss optics. The slim lens design is easy to grip and focus and uses a standard 46mm filter diameter similar to many of the other ZM lenses. Rangefinder coupled for easy focusing, an optional 21mm viewfinder is available for accurate image composition.
